When you use our website or submit plans through our online form, we collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, project details, and any files you upload. We may also collect standard web analytics data such as page views and browser type through third-party analytics tools.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiries, process plan submissions, provide design services, and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure how visitors find and use the pages. GA4 sets cookies and collects pseudonymous data such as pages viewed, referring source, approximate location, device, and browser. We use it to understand which pages are useful, not to identify you personally. Google’s handling of that data is covered by its own privacy policy.
Contact and plan submission forms
The contact form and the plan submission form post to the forms endpoint at forms.caltechweb.com, operated by CalTech Web on our behalf. That service formats your submission and emails it to us. It records the submitting IP address for rate limiting and does not use your details for anything else.
Spam protection
Both forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than a bot. Turnstile receives your IP address and basic browser signals to make that decision. It does not track you across other websites.
Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you submit. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. Please use discretion when submitting sensitive documents online.
