Josue has worked every part of this business. He started as an installer on the tools, moved up to foreman running crews in the field, and eventually moved into design. That path matters. He has made the mistakes, seen where drawings fall apart on a job site, and knows what contractors actually need to get a permit pulled and an installation finished. That experience shapes every service 4I Design provides.
Most design firms have never held a pipe wrench. Josue has. That field background is what separates the drawings he produces from ones made purely behind a desk. Less back-and-forth, fewer RFIs, fewer surprises in the field.
Before starting 4I Design, he worked at Maverick Fire & Safety, Capital Fire Protection, MLN Fire Protection, and Firetrol Protection Systems. Four companies, different scopes, different clients. That breadth reinforces the field experience.
