Terms of Service

Services

4I Design provides fire sprinkler design services including shop drawings, hydraulic calculations, head relocation designs, and pump room drawings. All services are provided to fire sprinkler contractors in Texas. By submitting plans or engaging 4I Design, you agree to these terms.

Project Scope and Pricing

All project scopes and pricing are confirmed in writing before design work begins. 4I Design will not begin work until scope and pricing have been agreed upon by both parties.

Revisions

Revisions required to achieve plan approval within the original project scope are included in the service price. Changes outside the original scope may be billed separately and will be discussed before additional work begins.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete project information. 4I Design is not liable for errors that result from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive the right to use the delivered drawings and calculations for the specific project for which they were produced. 4I Design retains copyright in all design documents.
